Taking the first step toward therapy can be difficult. Many people who reach out are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, exhausted, stuck in painful patterns, or carrying the effects of trauma that continue to impact their relationships, work, and sense of self. My practice focuses on helping people heal from trauma, resolve longstanding emotional wounds, and create meaningful, lasting change so they can live more fully and authentically.
I provide a safe, compassionate, and collaborative space where we work together to understand not only what is causing distress today, but also the deeper patterns that may be keeping you stuck. I draw from evidence-based and experiential approaches, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Schema Therapy, and Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP). I am a Certified EMDR Therapist, Certified IFS Therapist, and have advanced training in Schema Therapy and AEDP. These approaches help clients heal trauma, strengthen self-understanding, develop greater emotional freedom, and create healthier ways of relating to themselves and others.
